Credit Card - online

We are happy to accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and American Express. Sorry, we do not accept Diner's Club.

If you would prefer not to send your card details over the Internet, you may select the “arrange payment with us directly” button on the checkout page and phone them through to 0845 199 0063 (+44 845 199 0063 Outside UK).
 

Cheque/Banker's Draft
 

We can also accept payment by cheque, banker's draft, or postal order. Just click on the “arrange payment with us directly”. And post a cheque payable to PamelaStoreyJohnson at:

Shipping and Delivery

 

Item availability
 

We are able to send images with the UK and the republic of Ireland, to mainland Europe and worldwide. Please be aware that the cost of postage can vary for larger and heavier items, accordingly, we have chosen not to offer certain items to customers out side the UK, due to excessive delivery cost; clearly, we want to offer as many products as possible, so we will be working to improve our delivery both in terms of locations and cost to as many destinations as possible. Please review the website to note future changes.

Dispatch times

We aim to ship within 14 days of receiving an order. We would normally expect all domestic orders to be received within 48 hours of leaving the depot, whilst international orders would normally take up to 5 working days but could take up to 10 for remote locations.


Once we ship your order, we will e mail you a confirmation with a link to the tracking page of the shipper, we used to deliver your product, were this facility is offered.


The expected dispatch time for orders with more than one item will be calculated from the item with the longest dispatch time.


Where we deliver


We currently use two shippers, depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Oversize parcels are able to be delivered to the following destinations, please send us an e mail to check on your destination if you are in doubt, we will respond within 2 working days.

•    Worldwide

Shipping Costs - United Kingdom


Our shipping and handling charges are shown against the various products on the site, when you come to order them. We have tried to secure the best postal and delivery services at the most reasonable cost. Unfortunately, we have to pass on surcharges that our carriers impose for some off-shore locations.



Shipping Costs - Worldwide


In general, shipping costs will be determined by:


1.    What type of product your order contains.
2.    The total weight and size of the prints, as well as the quantity.
3.    The destination country of the shipment.


Please note that the exact calculated shipping cost for your order will be displayed during the checkout process.


P.O. Boxes


Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.


Taxes


All prices are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). Anyone purchasing items outside of UK must account for their own import tax.


Duty


Customers receiving goods outside the UK may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, it's a matter between you and the customs concerned regarding any duty owed.


Cancelling an order


You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. Simply send us an email at info@pamelastoreyjohnson.com with 'Order Cancellation' in the subject line. Don't forget to identify yourself and the products ordered.


Returns


Our returns policy is: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 14 days for replacement or a full refund.


We take a great deal of trouble to ensure the quality of prints are very accurate to the original artwork and hope that you will be extremely pleased with everything you order from us. We have designed bespoke packaging specifically to ensure all products arrive safely and without damage, however, there may be exceptions and if so, we will be very happy to replace.


Please note that we're not able to offer different goods in exchange for the ones you return: It simply makes life too complicated. If you want to order something else, please just order afresh from the website.


We also ask that if you are taking advantage of this service, you do so with careful thought and in genuine situations only. This is not intended to cater for over-ordering, so that products can be viewed with the intention of keeping some and returning others.


To make sending things back as painless as possible, we've designed our returns procedure to be quick and easy.


Returns procedure


1.    Fill out the information on the Returns Form, E-mail or call 0845 199 0063 (+44 845 199 0063 Outside UK), quoting the details of your order and reason for the return.
2.    As soon as we receive your Returns Form or notification, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order to us.
3.    Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days, but please allow 28 days.


Please Note:


•    Goods must be returned in good condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging
•    Our '14 day guarantee' does not apply to business customers. Our guarantee for such orders therefore only covers faulty workmanship or damage whilst in transit.
•    We cannot unfortunately, refund shipping costs for orders delivered outside the UK, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

We are committed to supplying the best quality prints and artwork in a way that is courteous, efficient and professional. We like to think that each and every customer is fully satisfied and extremely pleased with their order.
